Have An Interest In Your Life - Make The Most Of Your TimeWhat is of real interest in our life? What do we find exciting? What do we find stimulating? What do we dislike? What do we hate doing? What do we love doing? What do we find is important and significant in life? What concerns us in life? We need some real focus in our life. Find this both within yourself and in your outer life and the world at large. Create a balance of looking after yourself and experiencing the outer world. Let these activities and recreation stimulate you, enthuse you, balance you, inspire you, satisfy you. That your life can be fulfilled and a happy and productive one. But don't forget to explore your life and the world in which you find yourself. To grow and develop and find peace and contentment within yourself. Your interests should be a part of your everyday life. At times they put you in a situation where obstacles and hurdles appear, and questions are asked. There are always consequences for our deeds and actions. With this comes tension and pressures and other emotions to cope with. These add anxiety and further burdens to otherwise pressurized lives. We need to quickly put 'our' house in order. To put things into perspective for ourselves we will question and ponder, think and reassess - what we do, who we are, our tensions and anxieties, ourselves. At times like these words can be very powerful - healing, soothing, comforting, relaxing . . . The power of words . . . As we read we can let the words gently flow over us. We can let the words quietly be spoken to us in there own sweet way. We can let ourselves open to the thoughts and their meanings, the ideas and their origin, the phrases and the understandings that they have ready for us. Ready for us to assimilate and take on board. If we let them filter through and allow the words their power to move and rejuvenate. If we let ourselves be uplifted and filled with their sometimes hidden insights. Let them gently and slowly impact on our lives as we read - and in the future when we recall their meaning for us. I hope this page will do this and more. I hope this example will help to express life in an insightful, penetrating but easy to read manner. And help us to question the lives we lead and the manner in which we live them. In life we should be able to show our interest For otherwise what is it all really for A hearty thank you to life for the gifts And receive the rest that you deserve Your efforts where they are needed the most Life we all know is oh so important To what is important and real in your path Experiment and explore this wondrous world If you are going to do something it may as well be of interest For life surely does not tempt you while being noticed There being little here about which we can protest And conductor of affairs though that may be the strangest At times you may find things interesting All best, |
